Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)

Day 01: Arrive in Chengdu (D)
At the airport you will be met by your guide. Before you check in your hotel, you will visit Wuhou Temple which was built in the sixth century to honor Zhuge Liang. Then you will visit the home of one of the greatest poets of the Tang Dynasty, Dufu Thatched Cottage. Afterwards, you will be driven to your hotel to check in.

Day 02: Chengdu (B/L/D)
This morning, you will be picked up at your hotel by your tour guide and start your tour. First you will visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base in the morning, the best time to see the pandas. After that you will visit Wangjiang Tower, the memorial to a female poet of the Tang Dynasty, Xue Tao. This tower is a symbol of Chengdu city. Afterwards, you will be driven to your hotel to rest.

Day 03: Chengdu / Lhasa (B/L/D)
Take a flight to Lhasa. After you arrive at the Gonggar Airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide. Then you will be driven to Lhasa and have a rest at your hotel and get yourself acclimatized to the high altitude climate.

Day 04: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Your guide will take you visit Jokhang Temple, the Carpet Factory and the Tibetan Traditional Hospital. Afterwards you will visit Norbulingka Park. Afterwards you will be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 05: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Today you will visit the Sera Monastery. Afterwards you will then visit the Potala Palace, constructed in 637 by Songtsen Gampo, the first king of united Tibet. Later you will visit a Tibetan family and then be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 06: Lhasa / Chengdu (B/L/D)
Today you will be driven to the airport and take your flight to Chengdu. After arrival in Chengdu, you will be taken to your hotel for rest.

Day 07: Chengdu (B)
After breakfast you will be sent to the airport for your flight to the next destination.
