Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)

Day 01: Chengdu (D)
After your arrival in Chengdu, you will be met at the airport and driven to your hotel to rest.

Day 02: Chengdu / Lhasa (B/L/D)
Take a flight to Lhasa. After you arrive at the Gonggar Airport, you will be greeted by your tour guide. Then you will be driven to Lhasa and have a rest at your hotel and get yourself acclimatized to the high altitude climate.

Day 03: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Your guide will take you visit Jokhang Temple, the Carpet Factory and the Tibetan Traditional Hospital. Afterwards you will visit Norbulingka Park. Afterwards you will be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 04: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Today you will visit the Sera Monastery. Afterwards you will then visit the Potala Palace, constructed in 637 by Songtsen Gampo, the first king of united Tibet. Later you will visit a Tibetan family and then be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 05: Lhasa / Yangpanchen / Damxung (B/L/D)
Today you will drive from Lhasa to Yangpanchen, unique for its geothermal energy. Then you will travel to Damxung, north of Lhasa city. Upon your arrival you will be taken to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 06: Damxung / Heavenly Lake Namtso / Lhasa (B/L/D)
In the morning you will visit Heavenly Lake Namtso and the surrounding grasslands. After spending a few hours looking around the area and enjoying the scenery, you will be driven back to Lhasa and taken to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.

Day 07: Lhasa / Chengdu (B)
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Chengdu, there you will take another flight for your next destination.
