
Itinerary (B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner)
Day 01: Arrive in Shanghai
When you arrive in Shanghai, your guide will greet you and take you to your hotel where you will have time to relax and settle down.
Day 02: Shanghai (B/ L/D)
Today you will take a tour of China's largest city, which is also China's principal port located on the Yangtze River Delta. You'll visit the Bund, Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, and the well-known Temple of City Patron. After that you will be taken back to your hotel for rest.
Day 03: Shanghai / Chengdu (B/ L/D)
Take a flight to Chengdu. After your arrival, you will visit Dufu Thatched Cottage and The Temple of Marquis Wu. Then you will be taken to your hotel to rest.
Day 04: Chengdu / Lhasa (B/ L/D)
In the morning you will visit the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. Then take a flight to Lhasa. When you arrive in Lhasa you will be met by your guide and drive to the hotel to check-in. The first day in Lhasa there will be hardly any activities planned due to the change in oxygen levels. You are suggested to do as little as possible to give your bodies time to adjust to the thin air. Dinner will be held at the local restaurant in the city.

Day 05: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Your guide will take you visit Jokhang Temple, the Carpet Factory and the Tibetan Traditional Hospital. Afterwards you will visit Norbulingka Park. Afterwards you will be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.
Day 06: Lhasa (B/L/D)
Today you will visit the Sera Monastery. Afterwards you will then visit the Potala Palace, constructed in 637 by Songtsen Gampo, the first king of united Tibet. Later you will visit a Tibetan family and then be taken back to your hotel for the remainder of the evening.
Day 07: Lhasa / Train (B)
This morning you will be driven to the railway station to take your train to Xining. You will spend a whole day and night on the train.
Day 08: Train / Xining (L/D)
You will be picked up at the railway station. After lunch you will visit the Dongguan Mosque. Then you will be taken to your hotel for rest.

Day 09: Xining / Xian (B/L/D)
In the morning you will visit Ta'er Temple. In the afternoon you will take a flight to Xian. Upon your arrival, your guide will pick you up from the airport and take you to visit the Ancient City Wall and the Wild Goose Pagoda. And you will enjoy the dumpling banquet for dinner, and then you will watch the Tang Dynasty Dancing Show.
Day 10: Xian (B/L/D)
Today begins with a trip to the world-famous Terra-Cotta Warriors. Afterwards you will visit the Tomb of Qin Emperor.
Day 11: Xian / Beijing (B/L/D)
Today fly to Beijing. Arrive in Beijing, your guide will pick you up from the airport, transfer to your hotel to check in. And you will enjoy a Hutong Tour by tricycle in the afternoon.

Day 12: Beijing (B/L/D)
Today you will visit Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the largest and most intact structures of the imperial palace. This was where 24 Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors ruled China for over 500 years. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace. In the evening you will attend a famous Chinese Acrobatic Show.
Day 13: Beijing (B/L/D)
The highlight of today's tour is a trip to the Great Wall of China, the only man-made structure on Earth that can be observed from the moon. After lunch, you will visit the Ming Tombs, the burial site for 13 of the Ming emperors. For dinner, you will enjoy the famous Peking Roast Duck.
Day 14: Depart from Beijing (B)
Today will be free for you to explore this city on your own. Later in the day you will be brought to the airport to take a flight to your next destination.
