  • 1. As soon as Itourstibet receives your travel booking request, one of our experienced travel consultants will start to assist you throughout the entire process of making an itinerary that will meet all of your conditions and requirements within a 24 hour period.
    2. As soon as we receives the receipt of your non-refundable deposit (normally 50% of the total amount of your tour), your travel reservation will be secured and our travel consultant will begin to confirm all the bookings of your trip.
  • 3. We recommend that everyone can create a travel itinerary at least one month prior to the travel date and the full payment of the trip must be made two weeks prior to your arrival date in China.
    4. Once your entire trip has been booked and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation letter providing you with a detailed itinerary of your trip. Under the circumstances, if it is necessary for us to change any of your trips for any reason, we reserve the right to make these changes and provide you with options that are similar to the ones in your contract.
