2. Wire Transfer (Regular Bank Transfer, TT transfer)
It's a convenient way to make the payment by wire transfer. Paying us by wire transfer is easy and quick. Your money can be wired to our bank account (Bank of China---Beijing Branch) from any bank. When you use this way, we can get your payment immediately.
Itourstibet also take Paypal as the most welcome payment method. Whatever if you do or don't have a Paypal account, you may pay us securely with Paypal. Paypal, a free, fast, easy, secure and globally accepted way, is definitely a worry-free payment method with Itourstibet.
4. Western Union Transfer
If there is Western Union Service in the area where you live, you can choose to send us deposit through Western Union. After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the remitter, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union. Western Union is also fast, we can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money.
If there is any reason to cancel your trip, you can submit a formal written request stating your cancellation. The refund of your trip will be calculated according to the date that we receive your formal written request. For any travel services that are not provided to the passenger, all payments will be returned in accordance with our cancellation policy. Within two weeks of us receiving your formal written request of your cancellation, an entire refund will be given except any necessary cancellation fees. The cancellation fees are calculated in the following manor:
(i) 30 days or more from the date of departure: $50 per person; (ii) 30 to 15 days from the date of departure: $120 per person; (iii) 14 to 7 days from the date of departure: 40% of the entire payment per person; (iv) Within one week from the date of departure: 100% of the entire payment per person.
Paypal is the easiest method for us to use to refund your travel fees. You can provide your Paypal email and then, we will set up the process to transfer funds to your account. If you do not have a Paypal account, it is very easy for you to register a new one at www.paypal.com.
If you select to have your credit card refunded, we will need you to provide us with: type of credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard), card number, issuing bank & its address, credit card holder's entire name as shown on the credit card, nationality, birth date and billing address of the card holder.
